Behavioral Philosophy

Children learn best from positive reinforcement.  I
will try to catch each child in the act of doing
something "good."

Children learn best through natural consequences.
In a democratic classroom, the teacher and
the students choose rules for the common
good.  The teacher arranges the
logical consequences which
the student understands.

Students learn best when the classroom offers my
three C's:  consistency in daily routine and
discipline, communication with students
and guardians, and most of all,
CARE.
